All 17 WCA-Recognized Events Will Be Held!

Online registration for the WCA World Championships will open in March of 2023. You will pay a basic fee + a fee per event. After registration you will still have until May 2023 to meet your qualification requirements 

(see event-specific qualification requirements here).

You may register for events that you do not yet qualify for, but you will only be able to compete in events that you qualify for.

* Qualification times may become more lenient (but not stricter) before we officially finalize them.
* Qualification deadline is by the date of the competition you participated in, so only competitions up to May will count.

As a competitor you will have access to the venue every competition day, even on the days when you are not competing in any events.

Spectator Fee

Spectator fee for unlimited access to venue

Fee for up to three (3) guests of competitors

A competitor may bring up to three (3) guests who can purchase entry tickets at the discounted price. Additional guests must pay the standard spectator fee.

Registration Payment

Registration will be done via the external website, listed under general info. Payment is part of the registration process. You must pay for the base fee and all events you registered for in order for that registration to be considered complete. You may update your registration (and make the additional payment or request a refund) before registration closes. Please check out the refund policy for details. You can sign up for any event you want, even if you have not met the qualification requirements yet. After registration, you still have until the qualification deadline to meet the qualification requirements. If you do not qualify for an event you registered for by the qualification deadline, the fee for that event will be refunded according to the refund policy. You cannot switch one event for another one even if the costs match; this must be done by making two separate requests, adding one event and removing one event.

All transactions will be done using Toss Payments. The payments are secure, and we will never see your card details.

Refunds may take up to one week to get processed. Note that there is no case where the base fee will get refunded.
